Frequently Asked Questions

  • We service the Greater Brisbane area, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and surrounding South East Queensland regions. Travel fees may apply for events outside these areas — contact us to discuss your location.

  • We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (October–April). That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries — don’t hesitate to reach out even if your date is soon!

  • Absolutely! We encourage couples to share their must-play list and any do-not-play songs. Our artists are experienced across a wide range of genres and will work with you to build the perfect playlist for your day.

  • Yes! All our packages include professional-grade sound equipment, set-up and pack-down. We take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing on your big day.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due closer to your event. We’ll outline full payment terms in your booking contract — just get in touch to get started.

  • We have a strong network of professional musicians and always have backup options available. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we’ll do everything possible to ensure your event still has live entertainment. Your peace of mind is our priority.
